Dizito is a content scheduling and publishing service that helps users prepare, organize, schedule, and publish content to supported third-party platforms.

2. Acceptance and accounts

By creating an account or using Dizito, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your account credentials, and activity performed through your account.

3. Connected platforms

Some features require you to connect third-party accounts and authorize Dizito to access them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish content. Your use of each third-party platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms and policies.

4. Content and publishing

You are responsible for the text, images, videos, links, and other materials you upload or schedule. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to publish them and that they comply with applicable law and destination-platform rules. Scheduling does not guarantee successful or timely publication. Third-party outages, expired permissions, rate limits, and content restrictions may affect delivery. Check publishing status in Dizito and on the destination platform when needed.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Dizito to violate laws or third-party rights, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, send spam, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or misuse third-party integrations. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

6. Plans and availability

Features and usage limits may depend on your plan. Applicable prices, billing periods, and plan limits will be presented with the relevant offer or in the product. Third-party platform fees remain your responsibility unless stated otherwise. We may change features or plans prospectively and provide notices where required by law.
